At SA Tiling Co, we are committed to delivering high-quality tiling and renovation services. We take great care in planning, executing, and completing every project to meet or exceed client expectations. Please read our refund policy below.
1. Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of our work being service-based and customized for each client, we do not offer refunds for completed services. All work is thoroughly discussed and approved before commencement, and we ensure that our clients are satisfied at every stage of the project.
2. Deposits
All bookings require a deposit to secure your project. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 5 business days in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.
3. Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your project after a deposit has been paid and before work has begun, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion, depending on the preparation or materials already purchased.
4. Workmanship Guarantee
While we do not offer refunds on completed services, we stand by the quality of our work. If you believe there is a defect in workmanship, we encourage you to contact us within 14 days of project completion. We will inspect the issue and, if necessary, arrange for repairs at no additional cost, as part of our workmanship guarantee.
